Then you may need an invoice:
To execute the payment institutions often request an official and direct invoice. Check if this is your case with your administration.
Iif you need a true invoice, please check the box in the registration form.
The ULg finance officers will send you separate instructions and a different bank account.
The following information is needed:
Full name of the participants in the meeting (please group by institution)
Name and address of the institution (that requests the invoice and will pay the fee)
VAT number of the institution
Tel and Fax number for the contact at the finance department requesting invoice
Fill in the registration form carefully!
Please note that there will be some delay from the request to the issue of the invoice, and from the issue of the invoice to the payment of the fee:
