[Ape-announce] Atomic Pseudopotential Engine, release 1.1.0

Dear APE users,

   We are happy to announce that APE 1.1.0 has been released. This new
release can be downloaded from:

http://www.tddft.org/programs/APE/

  Besides many bug fixes and small improvements to the code, this 
version includes several new features:

  * Improved generation of MRPP pseudopotentials;
  * Support for more xc functionals through libxc, including meta-GGA 
functionals;
  * New options for testing the pseudopotentials;
  * More information printed to the output files;
  * More pseudopotentials file formats supported.
