Great that you want to participate in the pseudopotential workgroup!

We shall try to find out whether the wiki is enough or we need a new mailing 
list. Thanks for the offer to set it up!

And yes, XML/Fortran is potentially a problem. Lars Hansen is looking around 
to see if reilable XML parsers in Fortran exist. Any input on this will be 
much appreciated.
