[Fsatom-comm] Advertising

[Konrad Hinsen]

I am planning to announce the new molecular mechanics workgroup in various 
places (e.g. on the Computational Chemistry List), both to get participants 
and to advertise FSAtom. I think it would be useful to have a standard short 
description of FSAtom for such purposes. Does anyone happen to have such a 
text?
