The FSAtom wiki is at

It can be edited only by registered users, but anyone can register, the 
registration is there only to discourage robots from using the Wiki as a 
convenient file storage.

I hope so as well. This could be one of the most important steps to 
interoperability of codes in computation physics and chemistry.
