Right now no parser is working. The problem is that it took us a lot of 
time to get the "set" methods working properly...

The current trunk version is not compiling because of read_upf. As for 
pspio_nlcc_t, it has been replaced by pspio_xc_t, so you need to change 
this.

There are already several tests (see the test_*.c files). I should be 
simple to add new tests to the existing ones, or to add new files with 
new tests.
