[Octopus-devel] new server

  Hi all,

  I believe that the new server is working "well enough". Try it out.
You just have to replace nautilus.fis.uc.pt by www.tddft.org, and
everything should work as before ;) Let me know if something is
broken ;)

P.S. Note that nautilus is still working. However, DO NOT commit code to
nautilus, but to the new www.tddft.org server.
