  Hi,

  The sparskit is used in the (damn forgot the name! third glass of
wine, and i no longer remember the name of the Crank-Nicholson
propagator!). I would keep it for now. But the ARPACK diagonalizer,
maybe I would throw it away. I do not believe that anybody has used it
for the past years. And we have anyways too many diagonalizers... I
think that keeping a normal cg, the lopcg, and the lanczos (plan) would
be more than enough. Alberto, can we get rid of either cg or cg_new?
