Hi,

Then I don't understand why it was failing in the first time, if gsl 1.10
defines both macros there should be no problem using the old one? I thought
that 1.10 didn't define AM_PATH_GSL anymore and that 1.9 defined both.

In any case I think we should keep the macro in the distribution.
