Hi,
Easy:
svn propedit svn:ignore PATH
where PATH is the directory whose svn:ignore properties you want to change.
An editor opens and you put the files (or patterns, you can use *.a,
etc) that you want to ignore.
No need for the coffee, this one is on me.
