[Octopus-devel] changes in libxc

  Hi all,

  After a lot of poking around, I believe that there is only one sane
solution. I propose that we require libtool version 2 in order to
compile octopus. I was unable to put libxc working with both versions,
so we have to make a choice! What do you think?
