[Octopus-devel] new buildbot: hbar

Hi fellow developers,

Please welcome our newest buildbot slave "hbar," running on my group's
cluster in Berkeley. It has all the optional libraries enabled (except
gdlib, for now) to catch compilation problems involving those, and uses PGI
9.0-4 and OpenMPI 1.3.3. You have been bombarded with my failing tests of it
recently, but everything seems to be working properly now, and further
failures should mean a genuine problem with the code.
