Hi,
About libxc, a new release of the library would be useful even without
the octopus release, as many bugs have been fixed and other codes using
the library would benefit from it.
As for the sign of the electric fields, I would vote to have the
particles with the right sign, even if this means we will have to do
many changes in the code.
