 When trying to compile octopus with ifort 9.1, the parameter ../libxc is
 added to the command line causing the compilation to fail.

 Probably the problem is that in configure.ac the variable ax_f90_modflag
 doesn't get any value:

 AX_F90_MODULE_FLAG
 FCFLAGS="$FCFLAGS ${ax_f90_modflag}../libxc"
