To my knowledge, there is quite a lot of stuff done in 1D models of H-.
I am not very knowledgeable in this field, but maybe you can check the
web page of Manfred Lein,

He spent the past years doing this kind of models for molecules in high-
fileds, and he knows quite well TDDFT (he was a student of Hardy Gross,
after all ;)
