[Octopus-users] action readwrite

Dear octopus developers (and users),
the default action for any file opening appears to me to be 'readwrite'.

This may (does) cause problems when octopus is sent by a user different 
from the installer (so he has not rights to write in 
$prefix/share/octopus/PP/blabla) when reading the pseudopotentials.

Of course one can copy the pseudopotential file to the current directory
and solve the problem, as I did (but I realized that after a stop in a 
cluster queue, where I had waited 20 hours before running :-(.
