Although unrelated directly to octopus itself, you might find of interest
the following information:

The European Theoretical Spectroscopy Facility (ETSF) is now publishing
its new Call for Proposals on its web site (http://www.etsf.eu)

Experimentalists and theoreticians from academia and industry are now
invited to submit a proposal.

Please find attached the ETSF press release explaining some details for
this new call.
