Dear All,
I want to compile parallel version of octopus 3.0 on my laptop ,but failed.
The compilation stop with error that 'virtual memory exhausted ' when
processing with
poisson_oct.f90.
My laptop is with 2GB memory and 2GB swap space, and f90 compilor is
gfortran.
Is there any suggestion avoiding such behavior ?
My configure setting is './configure --prefix=/opt/octopus
--with-lapack=/usr/lib/liblapack.so.3 --with-fft=fftw3
--with-fft-lib=/usr/lib/libfftw3.so.3 --enable-mpi CC=mpicc F90=mpif90 '
Best,
