Dear Matthieu and Octopus developers,

    Thank you again.  Before "making" the development version 
of Octopus, I have applied self-made perl script to remove CR
characters from the code package which was downloaded via 
Windows Vista - Japanese version (it reports how many CRs 
have been removed).
Unfortunately, my SuSE Linux PC failed to have the subversion
program installed, that is why I'm reluctantly working on Windows.

   This time I also have applied the perl script for all the 
run environments just for in case, although they have been 
managed within Linux/Unix.

   However, the code still outputs exactly the same error, 
which shows that the error has occurred in "species_m%%species_read"
