Kopinjol,
Matthieu is a little biased, but the problem is indeed about a bug in the
compiler, which I reported to them and they fixed in version 9.0.3. Just use
that version and the compilation will work on Franklin (module swap pgi
pgi/9.0.3). I assume you are working from the page I recently added at
http://www.tddft.org/programs/octopus/wiki/index.php/Manual:Specific_supercomputers.
I just changed that page accordingly. Also note that there is an odd issue
with either the compiler or configure script that makes 9.0.4 (the latest
version) not work.
