You are running a td time dependent calculation. I presume you are sure you
have done the corresponding ground state (gs) first. Possible problems: 1)
the ground state was made with a different compiler (this should not be an
issue as the binary format should be compiler independent, but who knows) 2)
you have changed the number of states or something else which precludes
using the gs files as restart. Octopus should complain about this more
clearly, though.
give us the result of
ls -la restart/
and possibly try to re-run the ground state first. gfortran 4.1 is quite old
and not great as a compiler (slow and some bits of fortran90 are missing).
You should get something more recent (4.4 is fine).
