Thank you for your reply! Ok, by carefully checking the inputs for TD and GS calculation, I found that the input of gs calculation shown in the tutorial is different from that of td, so octopus may not able to read the output. I corrected it, and octopus can now run smoothly. Thanks! Best, Xin
