	 It should not be that problem, because I specified "Units = eV_Angstrom" for all my calculations.

Probably the units were different in the two cases. 3.0.1 specifies "Atomic
units will be assumed always for its magnitude, regardless of the unit
system specified." 3.2.0 however allows input in atomic or eV/?units.
