[Octopus-users] Basic question

Hello,

I am looking whether Octopus (or other TDDFT codes) can be used in
an idealized setup of spin or spinless generic fermions in 3D periodic
conditions.

If periodic conditions cause a problem, a single system confined by
an harmonic potential could also be considered.

I would like to be able to change the mass and the charge of
the fermions and simulate time-dependent non-homogeneous distributions
of many fermions.  The ability to take into account an external
potential could be also useful.

I am interested in the relaxation process in Fermi gas due solely to
the exchange and correlation potentials, not by the electrostatic potential.
