Proposal to fix the Fortran standard to be used, from now on and in trunk, the Fortran 95 standard plus the following extension: "ISO/IEC TR 15581:2001(E) Enhanced data type facilities (allocatable dummy arguments, allocatable function results and allocatable components of derived types)"
